All my lady-friends loved them!

Anonymous- Yeah, having a crazy gardener for a mom has its perks ;)

Casey @ Tastestopping- After this recipe, I was definitely wishing that all recipes went by weight instead of volume...it just makes so much more sense! I'm going to take your advice for sure. BTW, I really love the concept of your blog!

Pam- Thank you much!

Patricia- I love how rosemary, so often used in more savory dishes, works so perfectly here!Lizziehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12381317546063890235noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7418002169061496303.post-41332000261212097422009-07-21T10:57:17.892-04:002009-07-21T10:57:17.892-04:00These look so delicate and pretty! My solution? I weigh everything. That way I know how much flour to use (as long as it worked the first time around) and I can dispense with the sifter. These days, flour is presifted anyway, so I think you can probably get away with using a Tablespoon or two less of unsifted flour, weigh it and go from there. The cookies look delicious and crisp either way.

Best,
Casey
Editor
www.tastestopping.wordpress.comAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7418002169061496303.post-83742883861699044832009-07-21T03:16:05.138-04:002009-07-21T03:16:05.138-04:00I adore rosemary.
